‘With Love We Grow’
WELCOME

Behaviour

We hold very high expectations of the childrens' behaviour in school and we strive to be fair and consistent in approach at all times. Annually we review the Behaviour policy and Sanctions so that each academic year begins with staff discussion and training on the latest research and thinking regarding the promotion and management of behaviour in school and on the playground.

We are always mindful that behaviour management must be age and developmental stage appropriate and must have at its heart, our school values of honesty, forgiveness and reconciliation. We give children every opportunity to reflect on their behaviour, to understand the choices they made and the reasons why they may not have been good choices and the chance to say sorry to the person that they hurt or upset.
